Shipping and Delivery
Shipping depends on the specific item. Details appear by the items. Some items are shipped directly from the artists and shipping is arranged individually.
Bookplates and paper items weighing less that five pounds will be shipped USPS Priority mail.
Refund Policy
We guarantee the workmanship and the quality of all the objects exhibited. What this means is that, aside from some exceptions, you may return the work for a refund as long as the object is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped, and in the same boxes. There will be no refund of the shipping and insurance charges. In general, furniture are not returnable due to the difficulty in crating them. Those items NOT returnable are so noted.
If the shipment is lost or an object is damaged in shipping, we will refund in full as soon as we have confirmation from the shipping agent. So, keep your shipping record when returning an object.
Shipping and Insurance Charges
In general, we charge 10% of the cost of items for shipping, handling, and insurance. For items over $500.00, we charge the lesser of either the actual cost or the 10% rate. Furniture crating and shipping is handled seperately and depends on what the artists charge.
California Residents
California residents must pay the State Sales tax at its current rate of 8.25%.
