My TNARQ? piece pushes the 'traditional' definition of a quilt by only having one side and one edge. The piece is a Mobius strip--a geometric curiosity. If you start from a point on one side and follow the edge with your finger, you will trace around the shape twice on what seems to be both sides, before ending up at the starting point. The subject of the piece is the subtle beauty that can be found even in a common patch of weeds, in the small pink flowers, the glistening thorns and crystalline drops of dew hanging from the edges.
